1Acceptance of Terms

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on abc1 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before a withdrawal can be requested. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are wagered simultaneously, with real-money balance depleted first. Void, cancelled, or drawn bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abc1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "arbing"), registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Where abuse is detected, abc1 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend the account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Changes

abc1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a running promotion will be governed by the terms in place at the time of opt-in, subject to any legal or regulatory changes that require immediate effect.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted electronically through the abc1 Platform. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed. abc1 is not responsible for bets that fail due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, ICC for international cricket matches). In the event of a dispute about a result, abc1's decision — made in good faith based on available official sources — is final.

6.3 Obvious Errors

abc1 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., due to a system or data-feed malfunction resulting in odds significantly different from the prevailing market). Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed and relevant winnings withheld pending investigation.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to change or suspension at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a material in-play event (e.g., a wicket falling, a red card being shown) will stand if the bet was fully confirmed before that event occurred, as determined by abc1's system timestamps. abc1's live-bet decisions are final.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

abc1 applies maximum payout limits per event and per player, which are published in the Platform's betting rules section. These limits exist to manage risk and maintain platform sustainability. Winning bets that exceed published maximums will be paid out at the published maximum, not the calculated amount.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abc1. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized means;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Creating more than one account per person, household, or device;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content;
• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the abc1 Platform — including but not limited to the abc1 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of abc1 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. abc1's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Governing Law
